    As we approach the festive season, please take note of our important order deadlines, office hours, and support availability:

      To ensure your orders arrive before Christmas, please place your orders for the following products by Friday, December 20th at 12:00 PM:

       

      UK Pre-Made Stock after Friday, December 20th at 12:00 PM:-

      • 240v 20amp Compact Hook-Up
      • TAMdoûr Universal Tambour door kits
      • ZIPdoûr Shower Door
      • Orders placed before 3:00 PM on December 26th will be dispatched on December 27th.
      • Orders placed before 3:00 PM on December 29th will be dispatched on December 30th.
      • Regular dispatch will resume on January 2nd.

      Custom Made Doors (Customer Support):

      For all new order requests or inquiries about past orders, regarding our custom-made doors, we can assist you via email or WhatsApp at +44 7584 300405 over the Christmas holidays during office hours, for all orders placed before Christmas. Please remember that the delivery times stated exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.

      • December 24th (Christmas Eve): - Support available via email or WhatsApp
      • December 25th (Christmas Day): Closed (Bank Holiday)
      • December 26th (Boxing Day): Closed (Bank Holiday)
      • December 27th - 31st: Support available via email or WhatsApp
      • January 1st (New Year's Day): Closed (Bank Holiday)
      • January 2nd: Normal Office hours
