Our doors are purchased from customers all over the world, we aim to dispatch your bespoke order door as quickly as possible and send shipping time on our shipping window at checkout.
customers will be sent tracking as soon as we dispatch your item. 


Orders outside of the UK-

The price at checkout, after you add your address, is excluding VAT & Customs. 

Postage costs are calculated at checkout.


This means you have not paid any local government tax on your purchase and you should expect to pay your local VAT % based on the checkout amount.

As importing from outside of your home country you would be required to pay a small courier’s custom paperwork import fee as well as your VAT which is estimated at 30-40 euros. 

How does this work?

The courier liaises with your local import & customs, They will calculate VAT & Customs they may require a copy of your invoice from us to clear customs, please accept a call or email from the courier. 
The courier will send you an invoice via email or text link to make payment. They may require payment before or after delivery has been made. 

ROLdoûr Bespoke Sizes - we use FedEx shipping directly from our factory in Hong Kong, No Import fees & VAT are paid for UK customers only as this is covered at the time of purchase
