Worldwide Shipping
Our bespoke doors are purchased by customers worldwide. We aim to dispatch your custom-made door as quickly as possible, and the estimated shipping timeframe will be provided at checkout. Customers will receive tracking information as soon as their order has been dispatched.
Orders Outside of the UK
The price displayed at checkout, after entering your address, excludes VAT and customs charges. Postage costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note:
- Local government taxes (e.g., VAT) are not included in your purchase price. You will be required to pay your local VAT percentage based on the total checkout amount.
- As part of the import process, you may also be charged a small courier customs paperwork fee, in addition to VAT.
How does this work?
- The courier will liaise with your local import and customs authorities to calculate VAT and customs charges.
- They may require a copy of your invoice from us to clear customs. Please be prepared to accept a call or email from the courier if needed.
- Once the charges are calculated, the courier will send you an invoice via email or text with a payment link. Payment may be required either before or after delivery is completed.
ROLdoûr Bespoke Sizes
We use FedEx or UPS for shipping directly from our factory in Hong Kong. For UK customers, no import fees or VAT are payable as these are covered at the time of purchase.
