    Important Delivery Notice

    Dear Customers,

    Please be advised that our factory will be temporarily closed from January 23rd to February 10th, 2025, for essential maintenance and upgrades. This is to enhance our production capabilities for TAMdoûr Tambour Doors and ROLdoûr Retractable Doors.

    Key Dates:

    • Order Deadline: January 14th (Strict Deadline) for custom-made and set-size orders to ensure delivery before the closure.
    • Resumption: Orders placed after January 14th (Strict Deadline) will be processed from February 10th, following standard delivery times (TAMdoûr: 10-12 working days, ROLdoûr: 15 working days).

    We apologise for any inconvenience and encourage you to place your orders early. Orders placed after January 14th (Strict Deadline) will be prioritised based on the order they come in once production resumes. To avoid any chance of the standard delivery window increasing due to large orders placed during the closure period, please don't delay in placing your order.
