Terms of Purchase for TAMdour Universal Tambour Door Parts

To ensure fair distribution and prevent over-ordering of our pre-made stock parts for TAMdour Universal Tambour Doors, the following rules apply to orders of 1000mm length door tracks, spirals, slats, and handles:

Rule 1: Restrictions on Orders Without Tambour Door Slats

If no Tambour door slats are purchased, customers may order a maximum of 2 x 1000mm length door tracks.

(Any additional quantities beyond this limit will automatically be refunded.)

Rule 2: Volume-Based Ordering for Tambour Door Tracks

Orders of 1000mm length door tracks exceeding 2 units are permitted only if they are proportional to the number of Tambour door slats ordered.

(Any additional quantities beyond this limit will automatically be refunded.)

The following guidelines apply:

For every 50 slats (20mm wide x 1000mm length), customers may order up to 2 x 1000mm door tracks.

For every 100 slats (20mm wide x 1000mm length), customers may order up to 4 x 1000mm door tracks.

Note: The straight 1000mm track is only required for the door closure, while the spirals are used for the door opening. Spirals can support a maximum door width or height of 750mm.

Rule 3: Handle-to-Slat Ratio

For the 30mm wide x 1000mm handle, the ordering ratio is as follows:

1 handle per 50 slats (20mm wide x 1000mm length).

If no slats are purchased, customers may order a maximum of 1 handle.

Any additional quantities beyond this limit will automatically be refunded.

Rule 4: Limits on Spirals and Slats

A maximum of 20 pairs of spirals can be ordered. Any additional quantities beyond this limit will automatically be refunded.

A maximum of 200 slats (20mm wide x 1000mm lenght) can be ordered. Any additional quantities beyond this limit will automatically be refunded.
