WINdoûr Recessed Measuring Guide

Ensure a perfect fit for your WINdoûr by following these simple steps to measure your space accurately. Please provide the total height and total width of the outside frame.

These measurements are crucial for customising your retractable blind or privacy door to fit seamlessly into your space.

Step-by-Step Measuring Instructions:

Identify the Recessed Area:

Determine the exact location where the WINdoûr will be installed. Ensure the area is suitable for a recessed fitting.

Measure the width of the recess at the top, middle, and bottom. Use the smallest measurement to ensure a snug fit.

Measure the height from the top of the recess to the window sill/floor. Take measurements on both sides and in the center, using the smallest measurement.

Check for Obstructions:

Ensure there are no obstructions that could interfere with the fabric screen and frame, such as handles or fixtures.

Recess Depth Measurement:

Measure the depth of the recess to confirm it can accommodate the WINdoûr system.

The depth of the frame, with the depth being 34mm and 28mm High.

Final Check:

Double-check all measurements for accuracy and ensure the surface is suitable for mounting.

Note: The bottom track of the WINdoûr will create a 28mm high step.
